Changes to scheduling of assessment and rating visits
We recently amended the way we schedule assessment and rating visits so we can be more efficient.
Approved providers will still receive a commencement letter detailing that the assessment and rating will occur. This will include a request for the service to submit its Quality Improvement Plan.
However, to help authorised officers be more flexible in their scheduling, we are unable to give specific time frames for the proposed visit, where previously services would have anticipated a visit within two weeks.
Services will continue to receive at least five working days’ notice before the visit.
