COVID-19 Update - Face Masks, Service Closure and Family Helpline
If you are having difficulty locating/purchasing face masks -
SA Health is open to receiving requests for face masks directly from non-government sectors and early childhood education and care providers.
They are monitoring stock levels daily so there is not a guarantee they will supply large quantities or in an ongoing manner. They will make an assessment on the quantities being sought in each request.

Services who are directed by SA Health or elect to temporarily close should notify the Education Standards Board via the NQAITs portal and provide advice to their families regarding the closure. Family Helpline Service
A Family Helpline service is available on 1800 291 041 from 8.30 am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Families can contact the Family Helpline for assistance in locating alternative care options.
Please note: This service will be turned off on Friday 11 December at 5 pm.
