Visits to education and care services by the Education Standards Board have been temporarily suspended until 30 November. This is in response to the Parafield COVID cluster in SA.

This decision will be reviewed before 30 November, and we’ll provide you with an update.

Notify us if closing your service

If you are asked to close your service by SA Health (even temporarily), do so promptly and please notify us. If you are thinking of closing your service for any other reason, please call us on 8226 0077.

If you do decide to close a service, you must notify us via the ACECQA portal. Please also notify us when you reopen.

Notifications about COVID-19 at a service

If you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 (coronavirus) at your education and care service, you need to notify SA Health and us.
