February Regulatory Roundtable Summary

The Education Standards Board (ESB) held its first Regulatory Roundtable for 2025 in February.
The following topics were on the agenda:
• Common non-compliance findings following pre-assessment and rating visits
• Application and process timeframes and deadlines

The Regulatory Roundtable was established in April 2024 to provide the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector with a forum to engage with the ESB on regulatory matters. It also provides an opportunity for the sector to provide feedback to the ESB and foster two-way, regular communication. See the Terms of Reference for more information.
